Gentle therapeutic yoga
Revitalize your body, increase flexibility, calm your mind and reduce stress. This slow-moving yoga class synchronizes movement with breath for the perfect mind and body connection. Great for beginners and anyone wanting to restore their internal balance. Postures are primarily floor-based, reclined or seated with few, if any, standing poses.
Small class size, safe and supportive atmosphere. Please bring a blanket and/or yoga mat. Beginners welcome.
